Shipping Policy

Everyday Free Shipping is valid in the US only (including Puerto Rico) on orders over $500 US dollars or more. Customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. International orders aren't eligible for free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.

Before we dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is fully produced where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note it takes 5-7 business days for our ateliers to hand craft your order, after your order is produced completely, we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of customer delays to our customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return for a stored credit.

Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All accessories and face masks tops are non refundable and non returnable.

To start and process a return you must notify our returns department via email admin@shopmodelatelier.com, stating that you want to return your order. Once communication has been reviewed by our team, then you will receive a return shipping label to send send the merchandise back to us.

If you do not notify our team about your return, your return will be denied.

Please make sure your apparel items are returned new, unused and with all MODEL ATELIER garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, and customer will be held liable for the full retail value of those items.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
