Where our merchandise is manufactured?
Model Atelier merchandise are made to order garments crafted by highly skilled seamstresses at our in-house production facility in Chicago, IL in the USA.
What’s your return policy?
If your garment does not fit properly or you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will fully refund your purchase in the order it was received within 5 business days. All returns must be unworn and returned with original tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the return requirements.
Can I exchange my order for another size or another item?
Yes, you can exchange your order for another size or another item within 7 days of receiving your initial purchase. All exchanges must be unworn, returned in its original condition, and must be the same price of the item you are exchanging. If you want to exchange an item for another item that’s not the same price, simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you desire.
Do you ship international?
We currently only ship in the United States. Please be patient as we are trying to get better rates to accommodate International shipping for our customers.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once you place your order online, it takes 7 business days to custom make your order and 3 days for shipping in the United States.
Why made to order?
We believe that when it comes to tall and vertically blessed women, not everyone is the same build. The tall female frame can range from tall and thin, to tall and athletic, to tall and curvy, so it’s best to get the height and body type of our customers to ensure the proper fit. We also don’t believe in fast fashion, we take time and consideration to hand craft every order to ensure beautifully made garments to fit the tall female body frame.
